UP Government Criticised for Invoking ₹19 Crore Bank Guarantees in Long-Pending Instakart Tax Dispute: Allahabad High Court

The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court, by an order dated 1 December 2025, strongly criticised the Uttar Pradesh Government for abruptly invoking bank guarantees worth more than ₹19 crore furnished by Instakart Services Pvt.
