Collect Evidence

  • Note the URL, seller name, transaction ID, and payment method.

Contact the Seller or Platform (If Possible)

  • Attempt to contact the seller through official emails, helplines, or the e-commerce platform’s grievance portal.
  • Request a refund or delivery confirmation and keep a record of all communications.

File a Complaint with the Bank or Payment Provider

  • If payment was made through credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, inform the bank immediately.
