Sole Arbitrator Appointed in Kinetic Green-Saera Electric Vehicle Dispute, Interim Restraint Modified: Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has stepped in to resolve a dispute between Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited and Saera Electric Auto Limited over agreements governing the manufacture, supply and sale of electric three-wheelers.
