'SHAKTI' Trademark Cancelled; Registration Was Not Supported by Genuine Use: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court has directed the removal of the registered trademark "SHAKTI" from the Register of Trade Marks after holding that its registered proprietor failed to prove any bona fide intention or genuine commercial use of the mark.
