School Can't Deny Transfer Certificate To Child On Grounds Of Parents Having Matrimonial Dispute: Delhi High Court
The Delhi High Court, in a landmark order protecting children's educational rights, ruled that a school cannot deny issuance of a Transfer Certificate (TC) merely because of ongoing matrimonial or guardianship disputes between the parents.
