SBI Directed to Refund Widow’s ₹19.90 Lakh FD Debited for Husband’s Loan With Interest and Compensation: Allahabad High Court
The Allahabad High Court’s Lucknow Bench has ordered the State Bank of India to immediately refund Rs.19,90,693 debited from a woman’s account to recover a personal loan taken by her deceased husband. Ms. Neha Mishra approached the court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
