The Delhi High Court has ordered restoration of the YouTube channel “4PM” after it was blocked following directions issued by the Central Government under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The Court balanced concerns of national security with the right to continue digital publication and directed temporary suspension of only 26 allegedly objectionable videos.
