Relief to Contractors in GST Reimbursement Cases Curtailed; Courts Cannot Waive Statutory Dues: Karnataka High Court

The Karnataka High Court has held that disputes relating to reimbursement of additional Goods and Services Tax (GST) paid by contractors after the introduction of the GST regime are contractual disputes between contractors and government departments.
