Railways Directed to Extend Scouts and Guides Quota to Hindustan Scouts, Denial Found Arbitrary: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court has directed the Ministry of Railways to extend recruitment benefits under the Scouts and Guides quota to the Hindustan Scouts and Guides Association.
