Provisions of Ex-Servicemen Rules Restricting Benefits to Appointments After January 2012 Declared Unconstitutional: Punjab & Haryana High Court

The Punjab and Haryana High Court recently delivered a landmark judgment regarding the validity of provisions within the Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen (First Amendment) Rules, 2012 and the Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen (First Amendment) Rules, 2018.
