Property Sale Alone Cannot Justify Tenant Eviction, BSFC Must Follow Rent Laws: Jharkhand High Court
The Jharkhand High Court at Ranchi has held that tenants cannot be evicted from a property merely because the property has been sold in an auction by the Bihar State Financial Corporation (BSFC).
