Production and Sale of Fake ‘Gold Flake’ Cigarettes Halted: Bombay High Court
The Bombay High Court has issued an interim order restraining individuals in Raigad from manufacturing and selling counterfeit Gold Flake cigarettes after ITC Limited filed a suit for copyright and trademark infringement.
