One-Year Sentence Upheld in ₹50 Lakh Cheque Dishonour Case: Punjab and Haryana High Court

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed two criminal revision petitions arising from a cheque dishonour case involving Ram Pratap Goyal and Om Prakash Goyal. The dispute began after Om Prakash Goyal allegedly advanced Rs 20 lakh to Ram Pratap Goyal between January and June 2016 for investment in his business.
