The Kerala High Court has directed NORKA Roots, the nodal agency for Non-Resident Keralites, to consider the inclusion of returnee NRKs (Non-Resident Keralites who have permanently settled back in Kerala) in the NORKA-CARE Group Health and Accident Insurance Scheme.
