‘No Effective Hearing Taking Place’; Court Asks UP Government to Fill Waqf Tribunal Vacancy: Allahabad High Court

The Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench, has expressed serious concern over the non-functioning of the Waqf Tribunal in Uttar Pradesh due to existing vacancies.
