Man Convicted in Two Cheque-Bounce Cases, Acquittal Set Aside: Tripura High Court
The Tripura High Court has overturned the acquittal of Sri Rajendra Dhyani in two cheque-bounce cases and convicted him under Section 138 of the NI Act. The appeals were filed by Sri Swapan Deb Roy, a businessman from Mohanpur market.
