Lok Adalat Order in Title Dispute Quashed for ‘Jurisdictional Transgression’: Rajasthan High Court
The Rajasthan High Court has held that a Permanent Lok Adalat (PLA) has no jurisdiction to decide disputes relating to issuance of pattas, as such matters involve determination of land title, ownership, and proprietary rights.
