The Kerala High Court has directed revenue authorities to reconsider Baby Kurian’s application for a legal heirship certificate following the death of his wife, Lissyamma Abraham, on 29.10.2018 in the United States. The couple had married on 14.09.1987 at St. John's Orthodox Church, Kooroppada, Kottayam, and had three daughters.
