Investigation Allowed Against Earth Recycler Over Alleged Re-Labeling and Resale of Expired Food Products: Karnataka High Court
The Karnataka High Court has refused to quash an FIR registered against Earth Recycler Pvt. Ltd. and Others over allegations that expired food products collected for recycling and disposal were allegedly re-labelled, re-packed and put back into the market.
