Illegal ‘Change of Land Use’ Permission Cannot Be Legalised Retrospectively Under Punjab Regional Town Planning Act: Supreme Court of India
The Supreme Court of India has ruled that a Change Of Land Use permission granted without legal authority cannot be validated later through an ex post facto approval unless the statute expressly allows such retrospective validation.
