The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the immediate release of Kuldeep Goyal, who was arrested by GST authorities on 24.09.2026. The order came in CWP-31964-2026 (O&M), filed against the arrest authorization dated 23.09.2026 and arrest memo dated 24.09.2026.
