Gravity Homes Managing Partner Fined ₹17.05 Lakh in Cheque-Bounce Case: Bengaluru Court
The XXII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru, convicted Sri N.C. Surya, managing partner of M/s. Gravity Homes, in a cheque-bounce case filed by Sri. H.C. Byre Gowda. The judgment in C.C.No.2205/2020 was delivered on 28 September 2026.
