Former School Principal Cannot Face Cheque Bounce Case After Resignation if the Cheque Was Issued Later: Rajasthan High Court

The Rajasthan High Court has quashed criminal proceedings initiated against former school principal Mohan Lal Sharma in a cheque dishonour case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
