The Jharkhand High Court has upheld the conviction of Kali Shankar Dhobi, a former parcel clerk at Hatia Railway Station, in a corruption case dating back to 1995. The case began after a complaint to the CBI alleged that Dhobi demanded ₹100 in addition to the prescribed ₹203 charge for booking a motorcycle.
