Divorce Granted to Husband After Wife Arranged Daughter’s Marriage Without Informing Him: Madras High Court
The Madras High Court recently granted divorce to a husband after holding that the wife’s act of arranging the marriage of their daughter without informing him caused severe mental agony and amounted to mental cruelty under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
