Direct Recruits Must Rank Above Compassionate Appointees in Tamil Nadu Seniority Dispute: Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has ruled that government employees recruited through regular selection must rank above employees appointed temporarily and later regularised, settling a long-running seniority dispute in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service.
