The District Judge (Commercial Court)-07 at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, has partly decreed a commercial recovery suit filed by Monika Singh, sole proprietor of M/s ADM Trading Company, against Vishal Gupta, sole proprietor of M/s Vishal Dairy. The suit, CS Comm. No. 521/2024, was instituted on 26 April 2024 and decided on 25 September 2026. The dispute arose from supplies of dairy products, including cream and paneer.
