'D-TAN' Trademark Cancelled; Descriptive Words Cannot Be Monopolised in the Skincare Industry: Delhi High Court
The Delhi High Court has held that the expression "D-TAN" is merely descriptive of the purpose of skincare products and cannot be granted exclusive trademark protection.
