Criminal Case Over Pakistan Zindabad Slogans at Political Protest Set Aside: Karnataka High Court

The Karnataka High Court has quashed criminal proceedings against D. S. Ravi Kumar, who was accused of raising the slogan “Pakistan Zindabad” during a protest organised by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) followers in Mandya. The case began after Kannambadi Kumar filed a complaint with Mandya West Police Station. According to the complaint, a protest was held on 18 December 2022, during which some people allegedly raised the slogan “Pakistan Zindabad”.…
