Coordinated Policy Needed to Prevent Delays in Transporting DNA Evidence in Sexual Assault Cases: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Police, forensic laboratories and the Delhi Government to evolve a coordinated policy to stop delays in transporting DNA samples in cases of sexual assault.
