Conviction Upheld Under Section 6 of the POCSO Act in Minor Girl Sexual Assault Case: Gauhati High Court
The Gauhati High Court has upheld the conviction of Jagganath Barman in a serious child sexual assault case involving a four-and-a-half-year-old girl from Barpeta district of Assam.
