Civil Judge Expelled for Alleged Misconduct with Court Staff Reinstated: Punjab & Haryana High Court
The Punjab & Haryana High Court has reinstated Sangeet Pal Singh, an Additional Civil Judge in Punjab, who was expelled from service in 2015 over allegations of abusing an Ahlmad (court clerk) and failing to process the Ahlmad's promotion appeal.
