Cheating Case Against Hospital Quashed Over ₹2,500 Billing Error: Supreme Court
The Supreme Court Of India quashed criminal proceedings initiated against Narayana Health, its Kolkata hospital and senior officials in a dispute arising out of an alleged billing discrepancy of Rs.2500.
