'CBI Failed Miserably': Former Indian Bank Manager Acquitted in Loan Fraud Case: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has acquitted former Indian Bank Branch Manager V. Balakrishnan in a 1991 loan fraud case, holding that the prosecution failed to establish the allegations against him with convincing evidence. A Bench of Justice J.B. Pardiwala and Justice K.
