Bank Can Dismiss Employee Even After Retirement if Departmental Enquiry Began During Service: Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court
The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has ruled that a bank employee can be dismissed from service even after retirement if the departmental enquiry was started during the employee’s service period and the service rules allow continuation of such proceedings after superannuation.
