सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ अपील की प्रक्रिया क्या है?

भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्णयों के खिलाफ अपील स्वयं सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में की जा सकती है यदि मामले में सामान्य महत्व के कानून का एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्न शामिल है, या भारत के राष्ट्रपति के लिए यदि इसमें संवैधानिक व्याख्या का मामला शामिल है। ऐसे मामलों में जहां सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने अंतिम निर्णय या आदेश दिया है, ऐसे निर्णय या आदेश से व्यथित कोई भी व्यक्ति निर्णय या आदेश की तारीख से 30 दिनों के भीतर समीक्षा याचिका दायर कर सकता है। उपचारात्मक याचिका कुछ असाधारण मामलों में भी दायर की जा सकती है जहां प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्धांतों का उल्लंघन किया गया हो या जहां किसी पक्ष को सुने बिना निर्णय पारित किया गया हो। इन विकल्पों के अलावा, एक पक्ष भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 32 के तहत सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष मौलिक अधिकारों के प्रवर्तन के लिए या अनुच्छेद 136 के तहत किसी भी अदालत या न्यायाधिकरण द्वारा पारित किसी भी आदेश या फैसले के खिलाफ अपील करने के लिए विशेष अनुमति के लिए एक रिट याचिका भी दायर कर सकता है। भारत के क्षेत्र में।
