ईएमआई की गणना कैसे की जाती है? ईएमआई (समान मासिक किस्त) एक निश्चित मासिक भुगतान है जो उधारकर्ता एक निश्चित अवधि में ऋण चुकाने के लिए करता है। इसमें मूलधन और ब्याज दोनों शामिल होते हैं। ईएमआई गणना में शामिल कारक: 1. मूलधन (P): उधार ली गई कुल ऋण राशि। 2. ब्याज दर (R): ऋणदाता द्वारा ली जाने वाली वार्षिक ब्याज दर, जिसे मासिक दर में परिवर्तित किया जाता है। 3. ऋण अवधि (N): महीनों में ऋण चुकौती की कुल अवधि। ईएमआई सूत्र: ईएमआई = \[P × R × (1 + R)^N] / \[(1 + R)^N – 1] जहाँ: P = मूल ऋण राशि R = मासिक ब्याज दर (वार्षिक ब्याज दर ÷ 12 ÷ 100) N = मासिक किश्तों की संख्या (ऋण अवधि महीनों में) स्पष्टीकरण: सूत्र घटती शेष राशि पर चक्रवृद्धि ब्याज का उपयोग करता है। शुरुआत में, ईएमआई का ब्याज घटक अधिक होता है और समय के साथ घटता जाता है। प्रत्येक भुगतान के साथ मूल घटक बढ़ता है। उदाहरण: यदि आप 12% की वार्षिक ब्याज दर पर ₹5,00,000 का ऋण लेते हैं, जिसे 5 वर्षों (60 महीने) में चुकाना है: मासिक ब्याज दर, R = 12 ÷ 12 ÷ 100 = 0.01 ऋण अवधि, N = 60 महीने मूलधन, P = ₹5,00,000 इस सूत्र का उपयोग करके, आप अपनी मासिक EMI की गणना कर सकते हैं। EMI का महत्व: उधारकर्ताओं को निश्चित भुगतान के साथ मासिक बजट की योजना बनाने में मदद करता है। ऋणदाता ऋण वहनीयता का आकलन करते हैं। विभिन्न ब्याज दरों और अवधि वाले ऋणों की तुलना करने में सक्षम बनाता है।
