घरेलू हिंसा के मामले में पीड़ित व्यक्ति किसे कहा जाता है?

घरेलू हिंसा से महिलाओं का संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2005 के तहत, पीड़ित व्यक्ति शब्द का तात्पर्य है: एक महिला जो प्रतिवादी के साथ घरेलू संबंध में है या रही है और जो प्रतिवादी द्वारा घरेलू हिंसा के किसी भी कृत्य के अधीन होने का आरोप लगाती है। यहाँ परिभाषा का विवरण दिया गया है: 1. केवल महिला: इस अधिनियम के तहत केवल महिलाओं को ही पीड़ित व्यक्ति माना जा सकता है। पुरुष इस विशेष कानून के तहत राहत नहीं मांग सकते। 2. घरेलू संबंध: महिला और प्रतिवादी के बीच घरेलू संबंध होना चाहिए। इसमें शामिल हैं: विवाह (लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप सहित) रक्त, विवाह या गोद लेने से पारिवारिक संबंध विवाह से मिलते-जुलते संबंध 3. घरेलू हिंसा का शिकार: महिला को यह आरोप लगाना चाहिए कि उसके साथ घरेलू हिंसा के एक या अधिक रूपों का सामना किया गया है, जिसमें शामिल हो सकते हैं: शारीरिक शोषण यौन शोषण मौखिक या भावनात्मक शोषण आर्थिक शोषण उदाहरण के लिए: पत्नी अपने पति पर क्रूरता का आरोप लगाती है बहू अपने ससुराल वालों पर दुर्व्यवहार का आरोप लगाती है लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने वाली महिला पार्टनर नुकसान या धमकियों का दावा करती है ऐसे सभी मामलों में, महिला पीड़ित व्यक्ति है जो अधिनियम के तहत राहत पाने की हकदार है, जैसे कि सुरक्षा आदेश, निवास आदेश, मौद्रिक राहत, हिरासत आदेश और मुआवजा।
