₹7.23 Lakh Recovery From 1984 Riot Victim Quashed, State Directed to Pay ₹50,000 Compensation: Madhya Pradesh High Court
The Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur has quashed a recovery certificate seeking ₹7,23,800 from Smt. Gurucharan Kaur, a widow and victim of the 1984 riots.
