125 Websites Ordered Suspended Over Alleged Misuse of Jio Trademark in Lottery and Gaming Services: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court has restrained websites allegedly using Reliance Industries Limited’s registered “JIO” trademark to promote lottery and gaming services. Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav passed the interim order on October 7, 2026, in CS(COMM) 1043/2026, filed against Rahul Meena and others.
